个人简介

陈罡、永乐高教授、博士生导师,国家优秀青年人才。主要研究方向包括电离层和中高层大气物理机制研究,无线电空间探测和通信技术和设备研发,空间天气变化预测预报及空间天气对人类活动的影响研究。曾获国家高层次青年人才、珞珈特聘教授,珞珈青年学者,教育部科技成果完成者证书,JD科技进步奖,省科技进步奖,国际无线电联盟青年科学家奖,中国电子学会技术发明奖,多个子午工程年度十大研究成果等。在国际权威期刊与会议上发表论文150余篇。担任中国空间科学学会空间物理专业委员会委员,湖北省地球物理学会会员,国家重大科技基础设施-子午工程用户委员会委员,国家大科学工程空间环境地基综合监测网项目(子午工程二期)MST雷达科学PI和主管设计师,中高层大气环境教育部野外科学观测研究站分系统主管等。

课题项目

电离层物理、电波传播、GPS系统及应用、电离层和大气探测系统研制,无线电探测信号设计和数据处理,短波和超短波通信原理及系统设计。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、国家863项目、国家大科学工程、重大科技基础设施高端用户培育项目、中央高校基金等7000余万。

主要的研究内容:

(1) 电离层物理及电离层不均匀结构物理机制;

(2) 中高层大气风场环流;

(3) 无线电探测技术,HF和VHF天线阵的设计、无线电硬件和软件系统设计,数据和信号处理;

(4) GPS数据反演和掩星技术;

(5) 高频和甚高频通信技术研究,及通信设备的研制。

实验室作为国家重大科技基础设施项目-子午工程的骨干力量,拥有包括MST雷达、相干散射雷达、流星雷达、测高仪、GPS接收机在内的诸多观测设备,全球共享多类型数据,绝大多数硕博连读研究生均能在5年内按时毕业,就业去向广阔,可胜任物理、电子、通信、信号等多样化职位。
