2003年,加拿大Saskatchewan大学空间与大气研究所,博士学位
2008年受聘为永乐高电子信息公司教授,主要从事电离层物理与电波传播的教学和研究工作,包括高纬电离层对流电场、低纬电离层暴的电动力学驱动、电离层CT反演、低纬电离层不规则结构的演化和漂移等方面的研究。
